Nové poznatky o mineralogii povrchového dolu ČSA

Článek stručně hodnotí historii, geologickou a mineralogickou situaci povrchového dolu Československé armády těžební společnosti Litvínovská uhelná. Hlavní pozornost je věnována dvěma novým mineralogickým nálezům v letech 2008 a 2009. První vzorek barytu na lokalitě byl nalezen při profilování vrtného jádra v roce 2008. Příspěvek uvádí charakteristiku minerálu a použité analytické metody. Nová lokalita markazitu byla objevena při průzkumu uhelných řezů v roce 2009. V článku je naleziště popsáno a jsou zde stručně hodnoceny nalezené vzorky. Zájemci je budou moci vidět na XVI. Ročníku výstavy minerálů a hornické historie na zámku v Klášterci nad Ohří.

New information about Mineralogy of ČSA Opencast Mine
The article briefly evaluates the history, geology and mineralogical situation of the Československé armády opencast mine. The main attention is devoted to two new mineralogical findings in the years 2008 and 2009. The first sample of barite in the area was found during profiling the core in 2008. The article describes the mineral characteristics and the use of analytic method. The new locality of marcasite was discovered during the survey of the coal cuts in 2009. The article describes the deposit and briefly evaluates the found samples. The interested persons will be able to see them at the XVI. mineral exhibition and mining history in the castle of Kláštěrec na Ohří.
